What you pay is the factory production price. Installation is not included — your local trades install. Freight, duties and insurance are not included — we connect you with freight forwarders, you arrange shipping. That's exactly why the number is what it is.
Prices converted at the reference rate of 2026-08-25, including a 5% exchange-rate buffer. Final quotes are locked at the rate of the quote date. Malaysia prices are quoted directly in RM.

How the square-metre price works.
These are the exact rules we use on every order — published so you can check your own quote.
Billed per square metre, minimum 1m² per unit
Every unit cabinet under 1m² is billed as 1m². Wall cabinets under 1 metre tall are billed per metre. Open shelves are billed by unfolded area.
Standard depths: 600mm / 400mm
Wardrobes, kitchen base, laundry and balcony cabinets use a 600mm standard depth. Sideboards, TV, shoe and book cabinets use 400mm. Each extra 100mm adds RM 50/m².
Base cabinets: 900mm standard height
900mm is our standard base height in every market. Need a shorter base cabinet? Same price — you never pay for material you don’t use, and we don’t discount quality.
Every panel scanned before packing
Each panel is QR-scanned and verified against the ERP pick list before packing — no missing panels or parts, with records you can review.
What you can deduct
No doors: −RM 30/m². No hardware: −RM 10/m². Every 2m² includes one drawer; extra drawers are RM 60 each.
Malaysia tall cabinets: 10-ft standard
In Malaysia, full-height cabinets are quoted per foot at a 10-ft standard height — the per-m² number carries over directly (RM 320/m² = RM 320 per foot).

15–16 days ex-factory
Production takes 15–16 days from drawing confirmation to factory dispatch. Production time excludes shipping. Freight is LCL or FCL — we connect you with forwarders; you arrange shipping.

Missing Parts — Free Replacement
Every panel is QR-scanned against the ERP pick list before packing. If anything is missing, we ship the replacement free.

Deposits paid by card go through Stripe / PayPal buyer protection. T/T and Wise follow your signed quotation.
