LOBIN was built by the same Guangdong production chain that supplies whole-home cabinetry to overseas markets. Watching order after order pass through, one fact kept standing out: the factory price of a cabinet is a small fraction of what the end customer pays — and most of the difference is not manufacturing.
Showrooms, importers, design retainers, installation coordination and project management all add cost to the same box of panels. Customers who already have a contractor, or who can measure their own room, end up paying for services they never use.
LOBIN is the opposite model: buy the cabinets at factory price, and pay for anything extra — drawings, freight, add-ons — as a separate, published menu item. The price book is on the website, the rules are written down, and everyone pays the same.
Malaysia is where the 10-ft per-foot pricing standard comes from. The same price book now converts to US dollars per linear foot, Australian dollars per lineal metre, and the customary units of every market we ship to — LCL for single rooms, FCL for whole homes and batch orders.

Malaysia: Per-Foot Pricing, 10-ft Standard
Full-height cabinets are quoted per foot at a 10-ft standard height — the per-m² number carries over directly. Base cabinets use our 900mm standard height.
Currencies, One Price Book
The same RM price book converts to USD, CAD, AUD, THB, VND and SAR at a published reference rate — displayed in each market's customary pricing unit.
